Az Up in the air volt a tavalyi filmes évad egyik legnagyobb sikere. Hat Oscar jelölése mellett begyűjtött még néhány igen rangos elismerést, többek között egy BAFTA-t és egy Golden Globe-ot is.

A film egyébként nagyon érdekes, akár nem George Clooney rajongóknak is ajánlani tudom, ha másért nem, hát a kiváló zenékért mindenképpen!

A film rendezője, a Juno-t is jegyző Jason Reitman, Chicagoban, egy kávézóban hallotta játszani Sad Brad Smith-t először, és egyből fel is kérte, hogy írjon egy dalt az Up in the air-hez.

A Help Yourself nem csak stílusában, de szövegében is találóan illeszkedett a film egyik kulcsjelenetéhez, talán nem is véletlen, hogy a soundtrack album egyik húzódala lett.
